How to Hire Scott Pease
Start by filling out the form below. We will contact you and to go over your project. Some questions will include items such as the exact location including address and zip code. Tell us how many different views or photographs you will need and how you would like to receive the final images. Most projects require (HR) high resolution and (LR) low resolution digital files. All HR files will be @ 300dpi and LR at 72 dpi. You can also request color or black & white prints in addition to a CD.
If exterior views are requested let us know if dusk or evening views would be of interest to you. Certain considerations must be made to successfully complete this request.
Please let us know possible dates for your shoot along with back up dates in case of weather.
(All exterior shoots are deemed weather permitting).
Also include any dates that the images must be finished by in the event of a submission or competition deadline.
With this information we can provide you with an estimate based on the time and materials that will be required to complete your project.
Also, include the names of any other companies or individuals that will be sharing in the costs of your project. These companies or individuals must be named in the estimate in order for them to enjoy full unlimited usage rights to all the photographs produced within the body of this project. Any other company or individual not named in the estimate will not be entitled to any usage rights what so ever of any photograph produced for your project.
When the estimate has been accepted and approved the estimate must be signed by an officer of the company or partner and faxed back to us prior to the start of the photography.
